mask orders:
to keep shipping costs low masks are sent as regular letter post (no tracking). Please be prepared to wait 5-10 business days after shipping notification has been sent.
Covid-19 has slowed down postal serivce + there is no guarantee on arrival time, but most customers haven't had to wait too long :)

domestic shipping:
items ship out via canada post. most items are shipped out within 3-5 days after completion (items are handmade to order, see individual processing times or email if you have concerns/questions).
canadian orders are shipped with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created.
international shipping:
items shipped outside of canada are not shipped with a tracking number unless requested (please email + an adjusted ship rate will be given) international shipping without a tracking number can be risky as there is no information given to where or when your items may arrive. once your untracked package is with canada post, tuk + milo is no longer responsible for lost or damaged whilst in transit items.
tuk + milo is not responsible for any applicable duty fees.
returns:
